Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your AgriAgent account and all associated data at any time.
Method 1: Delete from the App
- Open the AgriAgent app on your device
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Method 2: Request by Email
Send an email to siddhikreddy440@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as it appears in the app
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, phone number, address)
- Your role-specific data (labourer skills, contractor details, farmer land records, etc.)
- Your marketplace listings, community posts, solutions, and promotions
- Your chat messages, reviews, ratings, and location history
Data Retention After Deletion
- Some transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal and tax obligations.
- Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for continuous service optimization.

- Name & Email: Collected via Google Sign-In as account identifiers
- Phone Number: Optional contact connection for user matching
- Profile Picture & Address: Image uploads and location data
1.2 User Role Specific Information
- Farmers: Land records, crop types, requirements
- Labourers: Registered skills, schedules, wages
- Contractors & Buyers: Service areas, histories, logs
1.3 Device & Technical Information
- Device model, manufacturer, and operating system (Android) version
- Unique device identifiers (Firebase Installation ID) & network information
1.4 Usage Data
- Features interacted with, timing logs, interaction tracking, search history, and rating records
1.5 Location Data
- GPS coordinates (approximate location) to natively match nearby labourers, equipment logs, and relevant localization features

- Core Functionality: Efficiently connects operational users across agricultural domains
- Verification & Trust: Securely checks platform actions to prevent scam profiles
- Communication & Support: Fires crucial programmatic context notifications and support routes

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only under limited configurations:

- Your public metadata features are shown directly inside marketplace listings or communications setups to facilitate core app features.

6. Location Services & Device Access
AgriAgent requires runtime permission authorizations for camera mechanisms, storage files systems, and localization arrays. These steps are strictly isolated and optional to basic utility execution.
